Clean hotel with welcoming and affable staff and unbeatable location near to Stranraer and the ferry. Easy check-in, parking on street. Everything good. Honestly nothing too much trouble...

I appreciated the hotel, it was beautiful with good wi-fi.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area, just a short walk from town. My room was clean and spacious, with a modern feel and a comfy couch! I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea - a nice touch for my morning routine.

The hotel felt strangely unattended, making me uneasy in case of an emergency. Not to mention, parking is a nightmare around here! Plus, check-in felt impersonal, as it was all done through codes and lockboxes. A few improvements could really go a long way!

a perfect stay at night on my toilet visit. good and perfect location good to be close enough to catch a ferry, walk from pubs and restaurants. near the track family fun parks.

Had magnificent location near the port of travel, just close to Branson Tribute Theater. Large room, very comfy bed and fairly clean bathroom...

I was actually surprised by the cleanliness and modern decor of the hotel; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully renovated, complete with a nice selection of toiletries. I appreciated the complimentary beverages and the generously sized couch with a comfortable place to relax. the location was prime, making it easy to walk into the town center and conveniently close to the ferry port.

we had a wonderful experience at windsor house. the room was stylishly renovated, offering a bright and clean space with very comfortable furnishings. the option of a couch instead of a typical chair was a thoughtful touch. we appreciated the quiet morning light, effective soundproofing, and the complimentary tea and coffee.

Nothing major to dislike, really! 😄.

Cozy room, cute atmosphere, with a lovely decorated and very clean family room that had excellent facilities, including a tv and electric kettle, perfect for our stay just 73 km from the nearest airport.

For us it was ideal.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was too hot during the night.

Had an amazing stay! The bed was comfortable, I even took a picture of the mattress label! Plus, the bathroom was luxurious with a fantastic shower. Would definitely return!

Convenient location near the ferry terminal made it easy for a quick boarding. The price was decent for the area, especially for a solo traveler needing a place just to rest my head before jumping into the next adventure.

The single room near the front door felt cramped, not the most comfortable setup for a solo stay. There was a noise issue with the corridor and the front door slamming, which isn't ideal if you want a peaceful retreat. The decor feels outdated and there was a noticeable stain on the fitted sheet upon arrival. Shower pressure was lukewarm, and the toilet's positioning made it awkward to use. On top of that, no fresh towels were provided , and there were no parking options nearby.

The decor was lovely. I appreciated how the spaces were modern yet cute, catering perfectly for my needs as a senior traveler.

A handrail near the stairs would be helpful.
